The hotel has potential with its lovely sea views and excellent staff. however, the rooms need better maintenance. I appreciated the good breakfast and enjoyed my meals, but the dated bathrooms and uncomfortable mattresses were disappointing. it was a pleasant trip with room for improvement.

An excellent location with a highlight being the pool, though accessing my room required hauling bags up three flights of stairs. Although the staff were generally helpful, cleanliness was lacking. I encountered filthy windows and a shower that needed improvement. The afternoon tea experience fell short as well—while the service was good, the food was uninspiring, especially the hard scone.

The delicious smoked haddock at breakfast was an unexpected delight, complemented by the friendly staff who went the extra mile to accommodate dietary requests.

The family room was cozy and clean, but it seriously needed some TLC. Had issues with the shower — it was either too cold or scalding hot, not great! The bed was comfy though, and we had a decent amount of space. Unfortunately, the windows were filthy. The kettle was old and the TV remote didn’t work until we got new batteries. Definitely could improve on housekeeping and maintenance!

The location was excellent, and the pool was a standout feature, but the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Windows were filthy and the shower setup was inconvenient, requiring you to hold the showerhead. the service was lacking, with no one at the reception most of the time and the bar frequently closed.

Had an amazing group vacation! We visited Pirates Cove Adventure Golf and spent a day at Gorleston Golf Club. The pool was clean and a perfect spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was compact but decent, and the shower pressure was excellent. The value for money was spot on.

The only downside was that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. thankfully, it was sorted out quickly.

Had a lovely time here enjoying the cozy family room and the nice pool area where my kids splashed around happily! It was great to relax by the seasonal outdoor pool after a busy day, and the kids loved the garden area too. Just wished the kettle in the room was a bit nicer, but overall, we really enjoyed ourselves! ☀️

Not a great experience

We stayed one night and it was pretty disappointing. The decor is super old and the room was cramped with weird furniture. We found some dusty areas, and the bathroom wasn't clean. The breakfast was decent though, and I liked the bar area. Just wish the staff were more organized.

We enjoyed a delightful two-night stay with stunning sea views from our spacious room. Staff exhibited genuine hospitality, elevating our experience. The newly refurbished restaurant offered an excellent dining experience with a diverse menu.
